Having salt I have found is the cure. I havenā€™t had salt in years as I thought it was the devil. I still struggle trying to overcome this thoughts but the inclusion of pink Himalayan salt on the steamed veg last night was amazing and instantly made me feel better. Also been having a tablespoon of Vegemite with butter. So good.

Love this forum! Thanks for all the great info. Avocados are the best. I buy them up when on sale and plentiful! As they turn any excess gets halved & frozen with lemon juice! Just pop one on a salad & by lunch its thawed & still yummy!
What is the best salt? Any suggestions?
