Mostly watching for the commercials. My low carb (not keto) wife and eldest daughter (keto) are planning on making chicken wings. I’m planning on eating some ground beef and maybe stinky fisk (sardines or similar) earlier and skip the wings. I’m starting a 2 day+ fast after I eat.

I’m not doing anything particularly special as I’m still mad my Ravens aren’t in the game :joy: for dinner I’m bringing back an “old classic.” Instant pot butter beef. I used to make it probably once a month for the first 6 months that I started keto. I don’t plan on snacking today, probably just OMAD and maybe a coffee with HWC this morning. I do love the commercials so I’ll be watching for that. As for the game itself, again it’s not the Ravens so I don’t particularly care who wins (can you tell I’m salty? :joy:) I would prefer that the Chiefs win since they apparently haven’t been in a SB for 50 years, but whichever team wins is fine with me :woman_shrugging:t4:

My brother is bringing pizza, seven layer dip, and shrimp. Shrimp is my best choice. I don’t have a dog in the fight but I am cheering for the Chiefs. They played with a lot of heart and their quarterback is amazing. I’m going to bring some snacks I can have

I’m making artichoke dip to have with fresh cauliflower and Frankenfluff for my husband. Other than that, we’ll probably just have our regular dinner of meat and veggie. On a brussel sprouts kick where I can’t get enough - slathered in bacon grease and butter.

I had to google this, and now I’m aghast I have never heard of this before, even though I’ve been keto for a year. :+1: :+1: :+1:

I’ve got some chest freezer archeology planned as soon as I get back to the house. I know there’s a chuck roast in there somewhere… :yum:

I’ve got a Boston butt in the smoker right now. Put a little G. Hughes sugar free sweet and spicy barbecue on top and be good to go.

This is me always --I have no use for or excitement for the Superbowl, I could care less =) except sometimes I have watched a half-time show =).

I’m going bake some chicken wings
Then have VERY low fat😊dipping sauce ( I use this for everything these days )

6-8 tbsp of melted butter
Add in some minced garlic, pink salt, red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, paprika, Parmesan, and parsley

Actually
I End up drinking most of it
SOOOOO…That’s my party cocktail drink…bottoms up!
