Hi everyone! So I’ve been doing, or really attempting keto for about three weeks now. I’m struggling to meal plan and meet my macros. I’ve used different websites, like dietdoctor or even pinterest, but I can’t seem to find a balance of meals - even if its just two a day. My macros are 14 net carbs, 90 g fat, 72 g of protein and 1150 calories. Any advice would be beyond appreciated! Thank you!

Eat under 20 carbs a day. Eat meat and veggies. Do not eat just to hit macros. Eat when hungry.

Why so low? Please don’t limit calories.
Just keep carbs below 20g and eat as much protein and fat as you need to not be hungry.

I am not sure what you feel you are struggling with specifically? Is it fat, protein eating more ???
I would say at this point make sure you are eating enough. Don’t eat over 20 carbs and don’t be afraid of fat.
If you eat under on calories eventually you will lower your metabolism which is bad.
To up your calories in this early stage slap some butter onto everything.
