I make a healthy breakfast, pack a good lunch, and stay on task. Then I come home, and it all falls apart. Tonight I had a plate of
you shouldn’t read this, it was carby.
.
Any suggestions on how to keep it together at home?

I’m only day 11 but doing and feeling great. I started basic. Fresh keto veggies and the best meat you can buy. I also threw out everything in my kitchen that had any type of sugar or grain in it! Good luck and hang in there. I think every day gets easier!
I agree with the first two posters. Remove temptation out of the equation.
It might do you well to plan ahead as far as what you will be having for your meals at home. Maybe the night before use something like cronometer.com to plan out the next day… then stick to the plan.
I find grocery shopping once a week and prepping things to keep on hand like 2 oz of cheese measured out, celery sticks cut up and washed in baggies, beef jerky, small things to grab when you feel tempted. Then drink water and ask if you are really hungry or think you are?
I can’t get all the junk out of my house because I have a special needs son that is a picky eater that revolves around carbs, lol. So I had to learn to be around out every day. I find if I prepare I am not tempted. Like today I bought him French fries, and in the drive through line I ate celery and PB with coconut oil. Then they didnt kill me with the Heavenly smell! Lol
