I am so close to both my Keto-versary and 100 pounds dropped. I was down to 191 at one point after consecutive fasts, but then I bounced back up to 195 over 3 days. I am 193 now and just need to remind myself of the overall downward trend. I was wondering if some of the inflammation may be from my biking. I seem to lose all the gains from my fasts now that I am back to regularly (bi)cycling. Anyone else bump into something similar? My eating has been clean and on par with my keto style of eating, hitting right macros and hydration.
Thoughts? I know, I feel I am not being clear or precise enough to garner any input. I am just curious by nature. I am not fretting over it - biking is my sanity and if it means slowed losses, so be it. I see body comp shifts despite the scales anyway.
