Oh, I just lie. Yes yes, raisin bran toast and jam blah blah blah whole grain low fat fruit juice sweet potatoes quinoa blah blah blah chicken breast tofu PUFAs eggwhite blah blah blah. $ cha ching, and I’m still doing keto just fine, thanks.

Hah yeah, there’s certainly a ‘go through the motions’ aspect to most of it.

But tracking did help me out once when I got what appeared to be a gout attack to figure out what was the cause.

Lazy. And I LOVE that lazy works. I’m a former weight-watcher–lifetime even :crazy_face: :flushed: so there will be NO counting for me unless there is some sort of disaster. I avoid the obvious sugar and carb-y things but I’m with @Rajseth–I like my dirty vodka martinis and my keto desserts.

Started out strict to lose weight. Now that I am well into maintenance phase, I am lazy, I found I could do up to 50 grams of carbs without problems. I was sick of logging after entering everything for several years, so I don’t log regularly anymore, just the occasional day to make sure I am doing what I think I am doing  My biggests issue is getting the fat up there since I don’t have as many stored carbs on my body as before.
