It’s what I call it when I’m not tracking

Rock on!

It’s the reason that I posted this. Many people that struggle with “weight” for years become control freaks. I see it as a trainer so I wanted people to see that it’s something (being a control freak) is useful for a time when starting but there needs to be time to learn to enjoy life by giving your brain a rest as you learn to simply enjoy everyday knowing that you can eat right without stressing about everything. Thank you!

Love this approach also.

Lazy Keto with Intermittent Fasting is proving to work best for me.

I do lazy carnivore/Keto with regular IF and occasional EF.

Strict. I don’t have time to not be serious about my goals this time around.

Strict.

I started off Lazy, and a lot of weight came off.

This January, my work’s wellness plan (Virgin Pulse) grants us extra points for tracking calories so I’ve started back with MyFitnessPal. Can’t lose a pound to save my life now. :grumbles:

Oh, wow… how do I classify this? I’m sensitive to just about everything, so my foods list is very short - meat and eggs. I’m strict about that and I have a rough protein goal for the day, so I keep that in mind… but I don’t track any of it in an app.

After 2-1/2 years I am still strict in tracking my food but lazy in carb allowance range. My total carb upper limit is 50 grams, so net is considerably less. I’ll vote as lazy, but I don’t feel it’s a true designation for my controlled WOE.

Started off tracking everything. Now I just keep an eye on carbs. I shall stay lazy until I stall. I IF & EF and try to eat when I eat and fast when I fast. Sometimes I struggle with that because I worry I don’t always eat enough on my eating days. Should you force food down when you’re not hungry? But sometimes I have coffee with cream when I fast. Oh dear its a worry isn’t it :cold_sweat:

I’ve been told by forum members that I am not eating enough but I can only eat so much at one sitting. Totally enjoying what I am eating, but still. Now I do know for a fact that pre keto it was way easier to get calories. Bags of potatoe chips, fries. You can’t just eat one chip!

I have been lazy with Keto from the start. No tracking of food up until recently. It’s mind blowing how many carbs are in many unsuspecting foods. I never tested ketones. I weigh and measure myself regularly to keep track of progress. Even IF is done lazily with me. I find being strict with counting and/or tracking becomes a stressful job that I don’t want to clock in for!

Lazy.

I check blood ketones and blood glucose every morning though. If the BK number shows that I’m out of ketosis, I’m able to figure out what I did wrong on the day before.
