Strange Hunger

Have any of you experienced this…:

On Tuesday, I ate approx. 1600 calories and 130 g fat.
Yesterday, I had only 700 calories and 58 g fat.
Today, just for lunch alone, I’m having 525 calories, after having 275 this morning.

Anyone else think this is odd???

Obey your hunger. I often had 800 calorie meals when I was tracking - well I still have them, just don’t track :joy:

Eat when you are hungry and don’t worry about calories.
