That’s probably true. Seen lots of posts on Twitter by muscular, lean men, who don’t like fasting, at least the longer kind. (A lot of them eat within a window, so maybe that’s technically “fasting”, but start talking 24+ hours, and it’s harder for them.)
I have also found that when I was 30+ pounds heavier and with less muscle mass, fasting was a heck of a lot easier. Then, 4.5+ days was no trouble. Now, I have difficulty with 36 hours anymore.
