6 weeks and 3 days in my keto journey…
And 30lbs down!!! Im not hungry or killing myself with exercise either! I have lots more to lose but I can really see a change now!

At that rate of weight loss you might experience some excess skin, just know that this can be resolved without surgery by using intermittent and extended fasting techniques. Stay Strong!

That’s amazing! How many meals and/or calories do you eat per day? I read somewhere 2 lbs per week is the most you can loose.

I dont count calories at all. I usually eat 2 meals per day, lunch and dinner

I usually have something like cauliflower rice and veggies or steak and salad for dinner…lunch is often cheese, veggies and full fat dip, and some bacon or chicken. Sometimes in the evening Ill have cottage cheese with a few blueberries. Im keeping it simple since Im still fairly new to this.

That’s amazing! I’ve been eating two meals a day with snacks here and there (mct oil, peacans, cream in tea, or fat bombs) and I think it’s stalling my weight lost. I’m going to start today only having two meals NO snacks and see if my body starts to eat it own fat. My ketones have measured about 4 (moderate) for over the last week so I think I’m good to go! It’s hard to tell the color difference between 4 and 8 (moderate and large) but I’m pretty sure I’m at moderate…just wishful thinking makes it look dark. ; )
