Things are going pretty well, maybe a stall coming on, TBD, been 160-161 for 5-10 days.
I have been pretty good with my diet, rarely exceeding 2000cal. I average 67% of calories from fat.
I was in 35+ pants 10 weeks ago, fitting in 32-33s now, everyone notices and joke my new name is slim, and I generally feel better. On a few hikes I feel good doing the same activities I did on carbs. Maybe a bit of a speed decrease, but nothing notable.
