Starting Tomorrow - a few questions

Hi everyone. I am starting tomorrow. Is there a place I can find a list of the recommended fruits and vegetables? I have been having problems with my eye lids and ankles and feet swelling up when I have started in the past, and wondering besides drinking more water (which doesn’t seem to help - also no underlying health issues, I am in very good health) - what I can do to combat that. I will have a hard time not eating watermelon, but hoping the cravings go away. Does anyone drink alcohol, I lost 30 lbs last year and still drank Bacardi and Diet Coke regularly. Thanks for any responses!

Some illustrated low carb food guides from the Diet Doctor web site:

Good general guides, but they’re missing a few things here and there. For example, I would have put radishes on the veggies list, and I would have added a number of seeds (e.g. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) to the the “nuts” guide.
