I’m mostly vegetarian and so I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep my carbs under 20 net g, but between eggs, avocado and my homemade vegan keto protein bar (lmk if you want the recipe and I’ll post it–it’s a modified version of a recipe from ketoconnect), looks like I’m going to easily be under!!! I’m pretty amazed, actually!!! Started my day with a very satisfying bulletproof-ish coffee (coconut oil and butter). Looking forward to seeing how good I can feel, which is why I decided to try this again.
