Does anyone have any info on this? According to a couple different sites it has 0 carbs, but we all know labels can lie. No sugar is listed. Just “natural flavors.” According to this site maltodextrin can be lumped in with natural flavors, but I’m not sure if this would have it.

Just to add more info, a friend found this on the Whole 30 site. Even though they got a response from Starbucks saying there was no sugar I don’t trust them so I didn’t get it.

Most flavored coffee doesn’t have sugar, actually, unless it’s prepared with syrups. You can actually buy sugar-free caramel flavor extract which is low carb/sugar-free. Dunno about this particular brand, though I know basically all french vanilla flavored ground/bean coffee is sugar free before preparation.

Would that be just the regular caramel extract you’d find in the baking aisle? I thought about that but was afraid it might have sugar.
