Stalled weight, but dropped inches!

#1

My weight has been stable for about 2 weeks…no movement in the downward direction on the scale. But I measured myself today and I’m down 2.5 inches compared to 2 weeks ago! It’s just like everybody else here has mentioned on other threads!

Congratulations, you’re a loser! Loser of fat, that is, yay you! :+1: :bacon::bacon:

It is kind of weird when you first experience it but then it becomes like Wow that is cool.

Congrats.

I’ve dropped a few pounds in the last month, but here’s the coolest part:

Neck: -0.25 in
Waist: -3.25 in:sunglasses:
Hips: -0.25 in

That is consistent with how my clothes are fitting. Glad to see that the dangerous fat is leaving or at least moving around!!! :woman_cartwheeling:

I feel like I see the change first in how my clothing is fitting (inches down) and then get a “whoosh” where the scale does down a bit. Don’t set yourself up for disappointment if the scale doesn’t do what I just said, but it’s the reason I prefer photos and tape measure to scale measurement. I get results faster.

Great job, keep it up!
