Stalled at my lifetime low weight

Hey all,

I first got into Keto after having bariatric surgery (11/29/2017). About 3 weeks after surgery I began craving sweets, chocolates, everthing. I felt hopeless, but realized that something was wrong that I was so addicted. I found Keto- thanks to a community of bariatric ketoers. I haven’t looked back since the week before Christmas, 2017. I’ve lost from 240 to 172, and I’ve hit my stall weight.

This weight is the weight that I have NEVER been able to break through. My body is fighting me. I am eating till full, and sticking to my macros- on point. I have NSV’s and feel amazing. I have noticed I can’t exercise because I can’t consume enough calories to prevent starvation mode (bariatric surgery limits the amount I can eat at one time).

I’m wondering what people have done to break this kind of stall- once I hit the 160’s, it will be brand new territory for my body. What have you all done? What do you think could be helpful?

That’s staggering fast weight loss. Congrats on your amazing progress. I’d keep doing what you have been doing since it is working so well.

Exercise doesn’t have to be punishing to be beneficial. With a little patience walking can get you pretty far. Many swear by very brief but intense exercise too.
