Stalled (3 weeks) - but energy levels higher than ever

ok so I got from ~255 down to ~220 (5 months) I’ve been sitting at at 220 for 2-3 weeks at least with no movement down.
in fact my scale jumps between 218-220lbs. however I noticed that my energy levels are way higher then I can remember. I hit the gym 1 week ago which might be a factor as well. I also started supplementing with nicotinamide riboside which also is suppose to raise energy. just started IF with the goal being 1 meal at 11am and 1 meal at 6pm with no snacks in between. wish me luck

I love how I have more energy with keto. About 5 weeks in, my energy levels picked up, and I started working in the yard and walking.

I hope you like IF. I slipped naturally into it, and it’s working well for me.

What I’m hearing is that it’s normal to hit stalls at different times, and they don’t last forever.
