I would have pretty much everything with either fresh cracked black pepper, Louisiana Hot Sauce, this regional Habanero sauce, or powdered Habanero. I have given up crunchy food, and sweet food. I don’t miss the sweets at all. But if I end up with some condition that keeps me from eating peppers I will be very very sad. Would life even be worth living?
I eat Valentina sauce mixed with mayo on everything. (Like a dip or dressing)
You can get regular or spicy. If I want it spicier, I add a few drops of habenero sauce.
My current fave is chicken broth (I make my own) with 1 tbsp ACV and Sriracha sauce to your liking. You can add a bit of Tamari soy sauce for added flavour.
Freshly-popped pork rinds, with fresh ground black pepper, salt, and cayenne. I use these for my pork rinds:

A bag lasts a good while. I’ve had a few more duds (pieces that haven’t popped fully) in this bag than my previous one, but still worth the price, IMO, as they are SO much better fresh.
I don’t microwave them, though. It’s faster that way, but I like 'em better in the oven.
I am so trying this! I learned about those pork rind nuggets in this forum. They are awesome
Those pistachios are the type of snack foods I ate before going keto. If you read the label, 8 g carbs in a one ounce serving, 3 g of which are sugars. If you stop at one ounce that could be part of a keto diet but I’m avoiding foods which are easy trouble to eat to excess.
Many of the condiments I previously ate, including most hot/spicy ones have some form of added sugars. I now stick to hot peppers, cayenne & chili powders and Valentina hot sauce which is unsweetened.
I understand your point. I have recipe lined up to try to make these at home. For pistachios or other nuts.

that is so cool. I honestly thought I was the only one. I eat it on something pretty much every day.
@Jodi_Stewart, I like being able to dial the kick up or down depending on my mood lol.
I tried the Primal Kitchen Chipotle Mayo and thought it was just okay.
I am the same way. It really frustrates me when EVERYTHIING has to have added sugar to make sure it flys off the shelf. TicTacs are like 100% sugar but since the weight of sugar is under a certan threshold per serving they get to list it as sugar free. Where is the logic in that?
