Hey look at me, I’m on day 47!

So I made this with the foods that I am able to buy regularly, and on the left inputted the macros and electrolyte contents as best I could based on likely serving size(“Carb Manager” app and Nutritiondata.self.com when needed). On the right, I put in my goals and a place to copy what I ate and sum it up and tell me how much I have left.
I dunno if it will be useful to anyone, I most likely will only be using it by eating whatever I want based on intuition and what’s easy to grab in the fridge for the first half of the day and then using the spreadsheet to easily see what makes the most sense for any future hunger.

P.S. the purple highlight was for a couple items I didn’t trust and will be editing when I buy it next based on the package
