Soya flour

I searched the forum and internet and didn’t find any info.
Can I use soy flour on keto? Today I have bought a pack of it, but hesitant to use it. It sure has a lot of protein (40gr), and on the package, it says that carbs-15.1, fiber 15.1
So no net carbs at all?

Does anybody ever bake with soy flour?

I think it’s keto acceptable, but I wouldn’t use it as I avoid soy hardcore.

Soy flour is a little higher in carbs than almond flour but not huge. 1/4 cup of soy flour has about 5g net carbs where almond flour has about 2g net carbs. (Different websites may vary a little on that, it’s just what popped up on my screen.) So as far as the carbs are concerned, it matters how much you’re planning to consume.

I’m with LeCheffre, though, on avoiding soy. My wife is allergic to it anyway.

I was planning to use it instead of almond flour, the price was really tempting…
