Going forward, there’s no real advantage to putting the peppers (or much of any vegetable) in the bag with a steak. They require much higher temps (180F+) to break down at all.
But they look pretty.
Seriously…if you like jalapeños…this is off the
Charts. Sous vide with jalapeños imparts so much flavor.
