Sous Vide Cookbook

So… husband and I were at Barnes & Nobles this morning so I wandered over to the cookbooks looking for one on Sous Vide cooking.

They have extra holiday help and the lady showed me the section for “devices” such as hot pot, air fryers, etc. They had a small sous vide section and I picked this one up.

I will only be home next weekend before heading to Chicago and my youngest son and his gf are coming to visit so probably won’t get to try any of the recipes out until I get back from Chicago. But then I will be home for 3 weeks and will be doing lots of keto-experimenting cooking!

As to why not try it when the kid is here… well he misses “Mom’s cooking” so I will be making him his favorites.

It had good reviews on Amazon and I still like to browse a real book instead of clicking links.

If I find one that is a keeper then I type it up and put it in a plastic sheet and add it to my one of my spiral binders that also has recipes from my Grandma and great-Grandma typed up.

Oh - and it was only $2 more than ordering it from Amazon and even though it would have been delivered long before I could use it… Barnes & Nobles is the only brick and mortar book store left and I like to support it.
