Sooooo tired....zzzzzzz

#1

Okay, I seem to have gotten my racing heart, palpitations and raging headaches under control, but now I don’t seem to have any energy. Especially by the afternoon. I’m yawning and could lay my head down on my desk.

On Sunday, I started using 40,000 volts and Natural Calm in addition to my multi-vitamin, potassium supplement and magnesium spray oil. All of this seems to have abated my racing heart and the headaches, but I just have no energy and really tired.

Any thoughts?

I’m in week 5 of keto.

Glad to hear you’re making progress.

Just be patient. It takes some of us a little longer to get the energy bump…

Could you share some of your numbers that you’re working off of?

Your supplements might be all carb - be careful. Try going without the supplements for three days to see if your body calms and the energy balances.

salt, get your iron checked and vitamin d

Thanks, Tom! I’m hanging in there and have no intentions of giving up. I had a brief shining moment (4 or 5 days in week 3) early on of having incredible energy and was so mentally clear and focused it was incredible. I just want it to come back! It was like being to peak over the rainbow only to thud back down to the ground.

How has your calorie intake been? Significantly lower than usual?

No, have been good on my calories. Usually somewhere between 1500 and 1900 depending on the day.
