I know it’s no help but I’m also in the camp that at 24 hours, I just eat normally. I haven’t done much beyond 24 hours for a while. Haven’t had any issues.
FWIW, I’ve done 24 hours twice this week, not really planned, just happened that way. Both times, I could have gone longer but it was irritating to my wife who didn’t want to… and she put up a fuss about eating without me. So I went along. Maybe not the best reason but it kept momma happy. And I still got a couple of 24 hours fasts. The scale likes me this morning but that wasn’t really the motivation.
