Some keto foods for quick bites

(Eric - The patient needs to be patient!) #1

Recently had to take a long road trip and wanted some keto friendly food in the car.

We found these and loved them. For the Beef Jerky we weighted out 1 oz bags to control too much snacking.

Some of their epic pork skins have carbs so check the label. But the salt and pepper one is great: https://epicbar.com/pork-skins-overview

Zero carb Beef Jerky. We loved this so much. Very chewy which is what we love in Jerky. Our one carb happy daughter could not stand the flavor. But she is the carb one in the family: https://peopleschoicebeefjerky.com/collections/keto-friendly-sugar-free

Some of the dukes sausages have 1 gram per 2 sticks. Very flavorful: https://dukesmeats.com/

And for coffee and tea on the road: https://www.adaptyourlife.com/product/keto-coffee-shot-vanilla/

The adapt products are from Dr. Westman. This one is somewhat sweet but my keto daughter and I both liked these. A little expensive at $1/coffee but still good for an emergency.

Hope someone finds this useful.

I discovered the Epic pork rinds at my local grocery store. I bought both the Salt & Pepper and the BBQ. I have only tried the Salt & Pepper so far and they were very tasty. I liked how light and crisp they were. They were heavily peppered, but still good. Can’t wait to try the BBQ. I was thinking the whole time I was eating them, “Why doesn’t someone make these cheddar cheese flavored. They would be a great substitute for Cheetos!”

Nuts, some cheeses are shelf stable, salami, fast food burgers (hold the bun and ketchup), chorizo. A small cooler makes things a lot easier.
