Keep in mind, last September 2017 I started Keto at 309lbs and severely unhealthy.
Yesterday at the gym I go to, they offered a body scan. While not a dexa scan, I was skeptical. But here are the results…even if they are in the ball park I’m still happy!!!
Lean Body Mass = 198lbs
Dry Lean Mass = 52.7
Skeletal muscle Mass = 114.2
Percent Body Fat = 19.4
And
BMR should be 2309 Kcal.
Like I said…not sure how accurate but I know it’s better than it was 9 months ago.
