hey all…3 weeks into Keto. mostly feeling good, a few bumps every so often but I am so effin cold! I will be wrapped up in blankets sitting in the house. my partner walks in and is like, ummm why is it 80 degrees in here?! I vow to seek vengeance is the air is touched!
I did do a search on this topic but what I found the answer to be was mostly not getting enough fat. I am not sure that is the case. I am 5’3", 190. Several keto calculators said I needed roughly 120g of fat a day, which I get to pretty easily with avocado, coconut oil, butter, cream, beef, cheese, etc. Is there another cause? I have had some issues getting my potassium and magnesium straight. still trying to sort that out. Shall I throw caution to the wind and up my fat?
