Any of the ladies out there experience crazy bloating around their period?
I’m at the end of my 10th weeks on keto & for the first time during (but mostly to the end of my period) I note via my shorts that I’ve put a few inches back on.
This is depressing AF as I was doing so well. I hope that this is hormone related & will shift in the days to come.
Also this week I’ve tried IF for the first time & found it pretty easy but I don’t think I consumed enough fat (possibly calories) in the feast stage mostly because I wasn’t that hungry…
Could I possibly have messed things up for myself?
I’m pretty strict on keeping my carbs to 20 or less a day.
A typical day is
- BPC for breakfast
- 2 scrambled eggs with HWC & sometimes with a few slices of cheese, & half avocado or fried paneer.
- Diet Doctor butter chicken curry with cauliflower.
I snack on a few pieces of cheese, or a handful of almond or macadamia nuts though that’s not every day.
Really feeling sooooooo bummed out by this blip
