Thank you. I used your ‘template’ and am back on 2 meals a day, no hunger in between either :grin:

Thank you Jane. I’m now tracking only calories (it’s on the app I use) and I’m more or less zero carbs, minimum fat (I have plenty to use myself) and steak (sometimes lamb, less often chicken). I’m still using my salt and drinking more water, so feel I’m winning (a bit).
