Peruvian Chicken. The sauce is green from the cilantro and jalapeño peppers. Both the marinade and green sauce have fresh lime juice and lime zest. Delicious!

Tri tip sous vide at 135 F for 20 hrs, tossed on the grill for a few marks and sliced. So tender. Plus a salad.
