I do whole packers by request. When it’s mine, I stick with point only.
We got similar great. I have the WSM 22 and WSM 14. The platinum, Weber 26, jumbo Joe, KBQ.
Nice. I really want a komado grill next. The Weber smokers are great but I can never do overnight cooks with that water pan. I’d like an offset barrel smoker too. Someday…
That looks fantastic. I’ve had good juicy flats, but I’ve had a lot of dried out ones too. Don’t think mine was THAT juicy looking, but it was still pretty tender.
What do you put in the water pan? My heat skyrockets when it evaporates.
A flat teracotta thingamajig from the gardening section at home depot.
Like the one that sits under flower pots.
Is that in your WSM 22"? What size of a terracotta base? That’s an awesome idea. I use one of those in my homemade smoker.
Thanks you guys for giving me the itch again to do some smoking. I’m seriously considering looking for a few lightly seasoned hickory sticks…my neighbors will LOVE me! LOL
Yeah. It’s a 14 inch, sorta sits inside the water bowl.
My WSM 14 has ceramic briquettes inside the water bowl. Got those from Home Depot as well.
This is my wife’s favorite thing about the All Night Brisket. Brisket and Eggs in the morning.
Here is my current setup. It is not complete. An awesome Pizza Oven for Fathead Pizza and a couple of horizontal smokers for delicious things such as this prime rib!
