Smoking bones and bits on my Big Green Egg for some bone broth. It’s going to be tough to be patient.

That’s a cool concept, let’s us know it turns out. I’ve been making chicken feet broth lately which was a tad gross to me at first but it makes amazing jello-like broth. I want to try Richard’s method of browning some wings using milk powder and then making a broth also.

I got these cool ice cube trays that make cubes like the shape of a stick of butter so I can freeze my broth. I’ve been drinking some everyday lately and don’t plan to stop. Based on how I feel I can tell it’s a superfood.

30 hours in the slow cooker and strained. Super rich, dark, and Smokey. I froze it into concentrate servings. Just add hot water and more salt!
