This is my first post, and I thought a new NSV would be a good thing to start sharing. For the first time ever, I’m thinner that my 2yrs younger brother! I was pushing a size 40in waist… took half an hour of trying on different sizes and fits, but was amazed to find I fit into a size 33! And that’s just in 8 months of (mostly) lazy keto! I did run into a stall a few months ago, but the help from Carl & Richard through bingeing on the 2 Keto Dudes podcast has been invaluable! I’m now tackling fasting to get the last little bit of flab off, and trying to be less ‘lazy’ as I learn how to keep calm and keto on!
