Hello! I’m more of a lurker here, but I wanted to pat myself on the back in a public way for a small victory.
I’ve been keto for 16 days. Yesterday I messed up BIG TIME at work. Pre-keto, I would justify that as a reason to binge on candy to “feel better,” especially when the office is practically drowning in left over sweets from Halloween. Post keto, I still felt like having a pity party for myself, and I was still very tempted to dive into that candy full on, but I didn’t.
It’s the little things.
