Well, today I broke the cycle I’d been in. I would lose, stay, then gain each week for 5 weeks. Six weeks eating Keto. I’m officially down 3.5 lbs. Still a little hesitant but I’m taking it one week at a time. I learned that too much protein with the high fat is not good for me. I felt horrible and just stuffed all the time. You see that I started out the week high protein but quickly adjusted it. It really is a trial and error to find the formula that works best for me. Anyway, just wanted to share.
