Wanted to share some info I just read that suggests another reason to get good sleep…loneliness and isolation:
While I have my misgivings about the use of fMRI, so I take the study with a grain of salt, the results are pretty consistent with how I feel when I’m sleep deprived. Namely, I tend to want to be by myself, and don’t much want to interact with others.
So get those zzzzs, people!
