Met up with high school buddies tonight. HAving been the big one in the group since I graduated high school. I am now the skinniest. None Of them are obese but they all got serious dad bod. Screw you aging!

Truely lean bodies on older adults are unusual these days. It’s something I thought I’d nevere have again but I was wrong about that. Mine has become my calling card.
