Simple Exercises

I’m looking for some simple exercises I can do to get rid of the fast on my thighs.

They have to be something I can easily do at home, and not take a lot of time. I can’t easily go to a gym (all the good ones with childcare are expensive). Also can’t use a lot of equipment (I can do resistance bands).

Squats and stairs.

Kettlebell. It does mean buying one piece of equipment, but it is a quick, easy, all over body workout. Google says about $15 for one.

Try yoga in home. There are tons of apps and videos on YouTube. It helps tone and lengthen muscles and increases flexibility too!
