Oh you did them - awesome :slight_smile:

My photo wasn’t the prettiest … but they sure tasted great. And it was like I had found prawns that grew in the shape of noodles.

You’re right - like noodles infused with incredible shrimp flavor. I loved them and now have lots of meat glue recipes to try (Pinterest)! The only problem I had was that they were SO stcky and didnt extrude as neatly as I would have liked - getting the grinder clean was a bear. Maybe try the baggy next time. Real good though.

Yeah the grinder showed promise of making a large batch … but I had to slice them a little after they had extruded for the same reason.

I boiled them and then laid them out on parchment and then used scissors to cut them apart. I’d attach a picture but can’t figure out how.
