Yesterday and today, I went a long time (14 hours) without eating simply because I wasn’t hungry. I monitor my caloric I take and my macros with My Fitness Pal, although I and not too strict with my calories. I’m at 5% carbs, 20% protein, and 75% fat. I am at 1292 for my caloric intake, but I’m not hungry and I’m getting ready to hit the hay. Should I eat a little more, or just let it be?
Should I eat a little more?

Calories are irrelevant.
This is about insulin and hormones.
You do not need to meet or exceed a calorie limit.
If you are not hungry, do not eat.
If you are hungry, eat to satiety.
