I am thinking you will get about 8 slices out of that. The key to keeping the lowest carbs when making this is the mozzarella. Traditional italian mozz is made with buffalo milk and has a fairly high carb count (3.5 carbs per cup) but you can find other mozz that is much lower.

Also, you can cut this recipe in half if you fear you will eat the whole pie, like I did. :stuck_out_tongue:

I think I need to try the fat head instead of the cauliflower…or maybe just only eat half the pie instead of the whole thing like I did the first time I made cauliflower pizza. I’m actually 24 hours into my first 36 or 42 hour fast (I haven’t decided when I’m going to break it). I’m not dying of hunger, but talking about pizza is legit making my mouth water :drooling_face:

I just cannot believe that!!! So few carbs outta that WHOLE PIE!!! I thought the almost flour would kill the carb count. Still learning. I’m dying to make this.

There are natural sugars in almonds and that’s where most the carbs come from. If you count net carbs, it means you can subtract fiber carbs from total carbs. I’m sure that’s the case here in this video.
