Shaking things up?

Hi all! Just came off of a 7 day water fast. Going forward, I’m thinking of doing a five day fast every month and the rest of the time keeping my IF going (OMAD,20:4 or 18:6) with a couple of feast days thrown in to shake up the metabolism. Do you think this sounds like a good idea? I want to keep insulin low and avoid weight loss stalls. Anyone do something similar?

I’ve been Keto since May. Started at 268 and I’m 206 now.
