@AussieHelaman I weigh myself in the morning before I break my fast. Was it a water only fast?
Amazing. But it does work like that. Four years ago I cut out all starches, exercised, and lost a pound or two. Two months later I started dropping weight so fast I thought I was ill. It just started coming off when it felt like it. So fast it scared me!!’
Yeah. I’d forgotten about the whoosh thing plus this time around I didn’t exercise so there was nothing sucking the water out of my cells.
