Hey all. Happy Sunday. I recently saw on this forum a video of roasting a pork belly, and if I recall correctly, the skin was first cross-hatched, then the whole pork belly was salted, seasoned, then broiled for several minutes skin-side up, then slow-roasted. I’ll be darned if I can find the video now. Anyone know where I can find it? I have a slab of pork belly airing in my fridge waiting.
