Hello all! I started my Keto journey beginning on March 1. I’ve ditched my scale, didn’t want to get on it daily. I do notice my clothes feeling better on me and my body responding favorably to this lifestyle.
I initially became interested in Keto to lose weight, but after listening to great podcasts
and reading more and more I’m finding that it’s healing me. What I mean is that I’m feeling less anxious, I’ve been happier and feel like doing more than lying around watching tv.
