Satiety galore! Am I the only one that loses appetite after IF?

I’ve been trying IF lately. Before keto I never could last a couple of hours without getting hungry. Now I find that after an 18 to 20 hours water fast I can’t eat much, even a cup of bone broth fills me up after breaking my fast. I find that I have to force myself to eat after that. Is this normal? Is it ok? Should I just listen to my body and not eat?

Listen to your body. If you are satisfied with only a bowl of bone broth, then don’t eat anymore. Or, even better, if you aren’t hungry at all, don’t eat in the first place. Fasting has decreased my hunger, too. And allows me to spontaneously fast.
