I have literally ate the same thing all week. Midnight worker here… so in the am I ate 2 keto tuna melts for dinner I ate 3 pieces of bacon 3 breakfast sausages and 2 eggs with cheese and bacon … lol over it lol

I agree - there are times when hyperpalatable food can be a problem; it triggers potato-chip mentality, when you keep going because it’s just so damn good you don’t want to stop. Which can be a problem even if it’s salted macadamia nut fat bombs or awesomely dressed avocado slices you’re nom-nomming.
