Has anyone taken Robb Wolf’s Keto Master course? Is it good? I thought he was Paleo?

Is there a reason you think you need a keto class? Are you struggling in some way? We might be able to help here if you have real specific questions. A class is just a good way to take what you can learn for free and put it together.

Anyone doing Robb Wolf's Keto Masterclass?

I signed up for the Keto Masterclass that Robb Wolf is doing online. It was less than $23 today for the 13-module class, workbook and resources. I’m not sure I will learn a ton of new information but I figure it’s good to help with focus. Anyone else signed up?

I did it and found it useful. I’ve been full keto for several months so there wasn’t a ton of new info for me but it is a solid class.
