I did it and found it useful. I’ve been full keto for several months so there wasn’t a ton of new info for me but it is a solid class.

I did keto for 3 weeks and stopped because of heart palpitations. I’ve learned a lot about supplements to help with the palpitations since. I’m going to try again once the holidays are past. I keep looking for something to help motivate me. I think what I really need to realize is the motivation has to come from me. Thanks for your input.

This conversation is excellent. Very balanced and respectful. I’ve always admired Wolf. If I hit a stall or a protracted period of uncertainly I may buy his keto course.
