Roasting coffee again

…and really I shouldn’t be, as I have about 4 lbs of pre roast to go through already. Just couldn’t help myself, as this Nicoraguan that I’ve done a couple times now, is SO freaking good ! Honestly, I think it might be the best coffee I’ve ever had. As soon as I get close to finishing my pre-roasted Ethiopian Yergacheffe, I’m going to order two more 3 lb bags of this stuff :slightly_smiling_face:
The little pan beside my grille has some of the last stuff I roasted. Using it to visually match the stuff I roast today :slightly_smiling_face:

Don’t know why that posted upside down ?

Chris! You are developping an addiction to coffee roasting!! Maybe you should not do anymore atm until all you have done is used up; just for financial reasons, so that you don’t end up wasting any, if you don’t use it in time, etc.

No, it’s not “maybe I shouldn’t” …it’s, “I totally shouldn’t” ! Lol :slightly_smiling_face:

Telling you though, this home roasted Nicoraguan Cattura is so rich, and smooth !

But I know. I told my GF too, don’t buy anymore coffee until we are getting pretty low… Then I’m going to buy 6 lbs of this green Nicoraguan :slightly_smiling_face: And BTW, this stuff (unlike the other old, weak stuff I got on Amazon) has a use by date of Oct. 2020
Greens can last 1-2 years, unlike roasted beans, which should be used within 1 month… But not for 2-4 days after roasting though, either.

Ohh, okay, then you should be okay =).

Which Nicaraguan, and from which supplier?

I just ordered 10# from Sweet Maria’s, again. So, won’t be making another purchase for about two months.

But, next time, maybe.
